My system is slow, can you help?

In most cases, yes.  A lot of people get rid of perfectly good machines when they become slow, we can likely speed it up by doing general clean up.

Will I be able to see who I am talking to?

Absolutely, unlike support you might get from other companies that just have a person sitting anywhere in the world talking to you on the phone, we will connect with you virtually and speak with you face to face.

Are you located in the United States?

Yes.  We understand that people are nervous speaking to someone in another country.  Also, allowing someone to remotely access your computer can be concerning.

Do you support MACs?

No, unfortunately support is limited to Windows computers only

Do you replace/service hardware?

No, our support is limited to software and operating system only.  However, we can let like recommend what might be a hardware issue.

Do you ever do “in-home” support?

Not at this time.  We may consider it in the future, but with technical advances, remote can cover most issues.

Do you support smart phones?

Not at this time. Support is limited to computer support.
